The integration of ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting technology on traditional CNC machine tools has been proven to effectively increase tool life and material removal rate by several times when processing these advanced materials, while also reducing cutting force, reducing the probability of workpiece damage, and improving surface roughness. degree. Therefore, the future decisive point of the CNC machine tool industry will lie in high-efficiency and high-quality hard, tough, and lightweight advanced material processing technology and equipment, rather than traditional precision metal cutting technology.
