Automated Embedding Machine
The metallographic embedding machine produced by Taiwan Nakazawa has passed CE certification. It uses a patented rotating and downward pressing structure to lock the mold head, which is different from the past practice of aligning the mold tube and thread position. After filling, it only requires one button to fully automate the sampling process. After heating is completed, the machine automatically enters water cooling, and when everything is finished, a completion sound is emitted and the lower mold head descends. Simply turn the rotating and downward pressing mechanism and push it open to push the lower mold head up and take out the sample, making the production of embedded blocks easier and more convenient.
The upper and lower mold heads are both designed with chamfers, so the produced embedded blocks have chamfers and will not damage the grinding sandpaper. The embedding machine adopts a revolutionary variable frequency control system, which allows for more precise control of the hydraulic pressure and quieter operation.
The TNM embedding machine has four major production modes and nine memory modules built-in, which can be selected according to the different characteristics of different metal materials and resins, such as different molding pressures, temperatures, and cooling times.
Mode 1: suitable for most thermosetting resins
Mode 2: thermoplastic resins, such as acrylic resins
Mode 3: resins that require segmented temperature and time control
Mode 4: fast sampling mode
Optional TNM special cooling circulation water tank cooling system can be selected. After passing through the embedding sleeve, the water flows into the cooling water tank through the pipeline and is strongly extracted by the fan, allowing the air to flow from the front to the back of the radiator to dissipate heat. This system is suitable for environments where waterway systems cannot be installed.
